She made a recording completely dedicated to the Dutch poet, Jan Jacob Slauerhoff, who lived for a time in Portugal. The cd Cristina Branco canta Slauerhoff achieved platinum status in 2001.

[NEDERLANDS] In 2000 bracht Cristina Branco een eerbetoon aan Nederland, het land waar ze haar carrière was begonnen en dat haar zeer toegedaan is. Ze nam een plaat op die geheel gewijd is aan de Nederlandse dichter Jan Jacob Slauerhoff, die enige tijd in Portugal heeft gewoond. De cd Cristina Branco canta Slauerhoff, die alleen in Nederland uitkwam, kreeg in 2001 de platina status.
